Refund and Return Policy

In Maytee's Garden CenterYour satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy to learn about your options.
1. Products eligible for return
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received an incorrect item
- The order was not delivered correctly (due to a shipping error)
Note: Due to the living nature of our plants, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or poor care of the product once received.
2. Deadline to request a refund
You have up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. After this period, we will not be able to process requests related to that purchase.
3. Process for requesting a refund
To initiate a return, please:
- Write to us at info@mayteesgardencenter.com
- Include in the email:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with specific instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we have reviewed your case and approved the application:
- The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The time it takes to see your refund may vary depending on your bank, but it typically takes between 5 and 10 business days.
5. Product return (if applicable)
In case we need you to return the physical product:
- We will provide you with the return address.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless it is an error on the part of Maytee's Garden Center.
6. Non-refundable products
No returns or refunds are accepted on:
- Plants that have been manipulated or transplanted
- Products on sale or clearance
- Gifts or gift cards
